Exceptional beachside experience awaits

During my stay, the breakfast spread was incredible, featuring a wide range of options that impressed me daily. The spa services were luxurious, and the direct beach access offered stunning sunset views.

The only downside was the slow evening dining service, which occasionally required patience for meal service despite the delicious food.

The seaside view from the Double Room is quite spectacular, making mornings pleasant. The room itself is spacious and well laid out, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Valet parking had some hiccups right from the start, leaving us stranded at times. The restaurants fell short of expectations, with meals from both the Serena and another sit-down venue lacking flavor and quality you'd expect from a five-star establishment. guests reserving spots by the pool early in the morning often left them unused, making it tough to find seating. Room service also left a lot to be desired. delays and issues with forgotten items like corkscrews were particularly frustrating, besides an uncomfortable incident with housekeeping that disrupted our privacy.

The beach is just a short walk away. The buffet breakfast was top-notch, with a huge variety to choose from. Definitely worth every penny! 😊

At one notable restaurant, the food quality didn't match expectations set by the hotel's five-star rating. Room service posed issues—two attempts to get a corkscrew failed, which felt frustrating, especially during late hours. I was surprised by the high demand for sunbeds. some guests reserved spots early but weren't present, making it challenging to find space. These points should definitely be addressed.

We had an amazing time! The junior suite was super spacious and had a great view. The breakfast was a highlight for sure, with so many yummy options! The only thing was that the room service took a bit longer than expected at times. But honestly, we loved every moment and felt so relaxed!

We had an amazing 8-night stay! Our junior suite was super spacious with a view of the pool. The breakfast spread was delish, lots of options. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Just a heads up, sometimes the evening dining could be a bit slow. totally worth it!

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, offering a lovely outdoor pool area, along with delicious breakfast options daily made our stay delightful, and the convenient beach access was an added bonus.
